1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Excellent Interior Solutions, operating from Shop No 7, Suryawanshi Towers, Bhekrainagar, Phursungi, Hadapsar, Pune 412308, Maharashtra, India.

By requesting a quote, confirming a booking or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services Offered

Excellent Interior Solutions provides the following installation and supply services:

• Cloth Drying Systems — ceiling mounted & open terrace aluminium dryers
• Invisible Grills — SS 316 & SS 304 stainless steel cable grills for balconies
• Mosquito Nets — sliding, pleated, magnetic, fixed frame, door & window nets
• POP False Ceiling — design and installation for residential and commercial spaces
• Custom Furniture — TV units, wardrobes, cabinets and storage solutions

3. Quotation & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are determined after a free site visit and accurate measurement
• GST at 18% is applicable and charged additionally on all services
• Brown, wooden finish and custom colours for mosquito nets carry an additional charge
• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work commences
• Prices may change due to material cost fluctuations — confirmed quote will be honoured

4. Payment Terms

Payments are structured in the following stages:

Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), bank transfer and cheque. Work will not commence until advance payment is received and confirmed.

5. Installation & Service Delivery

• Installation schedule confirmed in writing along with the quotation
• Site must be safe, accessible and ready on the agreed installation date
• Electricity access must be available at the site if required for installation
• Minor wall drilling marks are expected and unavoidable during installation
• Our team cleans up the work area completely after every installation
• Delays caused by customer unavailability or unready sites may affect timelines

6. Warranty

We offer the following warranties on our products and services:

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before material procurement: Full refund of advance payment
• After material procurement: Advance adjusted against material costs incurred — balance refunded
• After installation commencement: No refund applicable
• Refunds processed within 7 working days via the original payment method
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate dimensions, floor layout and site information before work begins
• Ensure the installation site is accessible and safe on the confirmed date
• Make payments on time as per the agreed payment schedule
• Report any installation issues or defects within 7 days of project completion
• All warranty claims must be reported within the applicable warranty period

9. Limitation of Liability

Excellent Interior Solutions is not liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, material shortages, etc.)
• Damage arising from pre-existing structural weaknesses or defects in the property
• Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from our services

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
